Every monthly delivery includes:

• A Personal Letter: The heart of every delivery is an original, printed letter centered on a new monthly theme.

• An Exchange Postcard: Each letter is complemented by a postcard. Take a slow moment to colour the artwork and respond to the monthly prompt. If you choose to mail it back, you’ll officially join the Exchange. Your response will be passed along to another community member, and you’ll receive an anonymous response from a fellow member in a future delivery.

• A Slow Ritual: A collectible slow-living ritual card.

• A Keepsake: A vinyl sticker to gently remind you to unplug and celebrate slow.

• How does each issue arrive?

  Every month, your delivery arrives straight to your mailbox via standard lettermail in a custom envelope. No bulky packages, no tracking numbers to obsess over, just a quiet physical surprise waiting with your daily mail.
  

• When will my first issue ship?

  Orders placed on or before the 10th ship in our main batch on the 15th. Orders placed after the 10th will ship in next month’s batch on the 15th.
  

• Do you ship internationally?

  We currently ship across Canada.

• Do I have to mail the Exchange Postcard back?

  Not at all. Joining the Exchange loop is completely optional. You can keep the postcard, color it for yourself, or pass it to a friend. If you do choose to mail it back to us, we’ll route it into the community pool for a fellow member to receive down the road.
  

• Is the Exchange anonymous?

  Yes! It’s a safe, low-pressure community swap. You share your thoughts or art, and we ensure it finds its way to another member without sharing private contact details.

• How does billing work?

  Month-to-month plans auto-renew every month at $13 CAD. If you chose a 3, 6, or 12-month prepaid pass, you are billed once upfront for the full term and auto-renew at the end of your cycle. You can manage or cancel your renewal anytime in your account settings.

• Can I pause or cancel anytime?

  Of course. Life happens! You can log into your account and cancel or pause your subscription with a single click before your next billing date.
